Yes in training mode he have raph pain anim ,its probably a typo in txt file Corrected and reuploaded As for attack lenght they differ from character and sprite frame (if attack have short range enemy must be close by) .  first one is long (att1) second shorter thrid longest (att2)

I know they differ but if fighting games would be made this way then huge amount of combo attacks would not be possible cause frame would not connect to oponent and also in fighting games on combo atatcks characters are bind to each other in some way so you cant miss ,i never saw a missed combo in the middle in any game there are only not finished combos when you press wrong key then combo stops.When combo xant connect it looks like a problem so maybe try to get some values in the middle between attack1 and attack3 and set this value for all attacks , i usually take bbox of attack 1 and copy it to the all attack frames of attack2 and 3,4, this is the best way to have clean combo in characters without missed hits. Also you could try to add movement to character if you dont want to change attack boxes , make him move forward so his combo will connect.

From Me point of view how is now its more fair - if attack is short it can miss the target - simply you need better position yourself with enemy . Also i think you don't want that enemy also could hit you even if their animation attack bbox dint make contact with sprite of your character.
As for attack speed/delay - well - I think I can speed them a little more

Of course its all up to you but when attack miss enemy i automatically think about wrong attack boxes .This just doesnt look right and i would search in other places to make mods harder.

hope this helps making this game one of the best  yep, either the sound effects do not exist or they're in the wrong directory, or they could be wrong format. great job, turtles mods don't come by too often.

There is new version of demo (that should correct that issue - if someone not check first post) I also added little ending that show some other levels along with new character to test .
PS: There are also two "secret" levels in this demo (any one chose the sewer road for example........)
