No.
Just give empty values for the rest characters, it will only skip other characters, but you can still choose them in game, unless you use credit 1 and noshare 0.

 I'm going to update this command in the manual but I really don't know how to explain the original one. I mean where's the default {x} {z} for that form?

I looked into the code, it was default to the entity's offset, but not exactly, because z is count form offsetz - 3 to offsetz + depth.

I just kept this default value for it, although it doesn't make much sense.
