since i was sick and forced to stay home for two weeks, i've started out of boredom to make a platform game using the openbor engine. it came out pretty well (at least form me ), so i decided to uploading it in order to make you try it.

in its final release, it will be a classic castlevania game, but for now there are only 5 stages, no story and no items, but other than this his playability is pretty complete and it's very different from the other wonderful castlevania mod out there, vampire hunters from BonusJZ.

let me know what you think about it and enjoy!



EDIT: forgot to give some information:

 - 4 playable characters (ritcher, trevor, alucard and simon).
 - 5 stages + 1 introductory stage (tips: attack NPC to have useful informations).
 - more than 25 different enemies
 - 2d platform action!

This is really fantastic Pierwolf- I love the fact that you've got the updated Simon sprites, the whole demo is very polished (as usual) & the gameplay & levels are closer to Castlevania then any previous mods to date (BonusJZ's mod was intentionally more arcade like). Any suggestions or questions I had were answered in the credits, I just can't wait to play the finished version. Very nice work.

Awesome demo!  you made excellent use of your sick time Pierwolf!  I hope you get chicken pox(for tbe sake of making a great mod that is)

The intro stage had me stoked just from how good the controls felt and the interaction with npcs. 

The platforms in the stages aare done just about perfectly which makes your mod feel like a genuine addition to the castlevania series.
