If i'm not wrong, since Street Fighter Zero 2 Dash, Guy is able to perform a super art (QCB+Px2) which is disappearing on some frames. I guess this is this move... (?)

Just to give you some usable feedback...
This seems redundant to me. I mean, giving the same moves to all characters will look like you' end playing always the same one with a different sprite...
Feel free to put my suggestion into recycle bin if you disagree

Yeah I have to agree same sprites but different people whats the point,you might is well put one person and leave it at that lol.You should try to change it a little more,even the slightest change could lead to something imaginable>Or make them have different effect ex.One will set them on fire and the other will play a specific boom or whatever effect.

I don't see around in that shot. Maybe he's flying "up, up, and away" outside of the earth like Superman does.
Nice move for Maki though. This is quite similar to Chun-Li's.
And why does Carlos have the same somersault slash as Guy?
What's the use of it?

I agree with Phemt. Carlos ought to have different move other than copying Guy's . You should try different moves for Carlos.

I think the move suits better for Carlos cause Guy has already his "hurricane kick" that works well as a vertical attack. But, don't know, maybe Shin has not the proper sprite's frames to generate it.

I was afraid of that. IMO if Carlos want to have uppercut move, he could use his sword and slash it in uppercut manner.

Nice progress on this mod. I'm not really that big on final fight, and I don't what the big fuss about it is(or all the mods), but if there's one thing about FF that I do like, it's FF 3. Knowing that, I have 2 personal requests:
1. Can you please add Dean? He's like the only char I play with on there:

2. Any time in this mod, I wanna hear this BGM at least once, it's called Law and disorder, it's the best track in the game:

Final Fight 3 is the only original FF game I've taken the time out to play and beat, So those two things are all I need in this mod to be happy with. Lucia wouldn't be a bad addition to, but you'll end doing what you feel like doing, but if you need the sprites form them, they are in the Final Fight last round mod.
