Yes.I have published a release (version1.0) earlier in MugenChina.I didn't send my mod here because I didn't think it's good enough to be here.Now it has improved a lot.
The other reason was I used much materials from "A Tale of Vengeance"(Because I like that mod so much) and was afraid of offending AlexDC22.In fact before sending this version I hesitated a lot.

Yo, a new mod on the way! I beat ATOV back in 08, but the only chars I played as was Terry and Rock, I didn't like all the other fighters.... Anywho, I'll give this a try soon, I just wish that if modders are gonna keep using Capcom and SNK chars, to use other chars rather then the same main guys(Guile,Charlie,Iori,K'>Ryu,Ken,Kyo), but I have no problem with Terry.

Tried this mod.  His 1UP item doesnt work.  Every time I find one it doesnt add to the lives counter.

Edit:  On further playing it, it seems some items either do or dont work.  For example you meat item I recall correctly working in a few situations.  Just a moment ago I picked up the item and it did nothing to my health.  So I'm chalking it up to buggy item pickups.
