U,U - jungle starter (specially nice in 2PL game)
D,D - strong punch
F+S - very strong punch
J+S - charging SP meter
F,D+J - evasive move
A+J - evasive special ("OK" green)
hold A for 3 sec
Jump attacks:
U+A
D+A
A
S - jump special ("OK" green)
In grab stance :
U+A - throw enemy in foreground
B+A - normal throw back
F+A - grab combo
A - grab combo
J - grab finisher
D+A - grab finisher
On the ground :
A - rise attack
U - dodge up
D - dodge down
U+J - save landing from throw

Yeah, I've played the first two levels so far (going the subway route) and it's very good! There's plenty of awesome little details that keep the gameplay interesting. I'll get a list of my nitpicks up for you once I've played through all of it.

Just finish play the demo. This demo rocks!
All the moves include + new riseattack, riseroll, block that turtles hide his head.
Like the rush counter like Street Fighter Alpha 2 and the winning pose after beat the boss.
The enemies can hit each other. The run away people, one of them are like Adam from SOR.
Rocksteady is very strong. While his health is low, he gone berserk and shoot machinegun rapidly. Bebop is a bit easy to beat and always taunt, I do not why he does not use his gun to shoot.

I love lots of little detail as for stages as for enemy's behavior (check for example first boss - its much harder on the end of fight) . Also i hope you like the stage opening as endings (also with victory pose)

Yes it 2Pl game (maybe i will make it 3Pl) . Selectable from start are Donatello (Me favorite TMNT character) and Leonardo - rest of the pack are npc . You can call him by pressing D,U+S (J+S can recharge special meter). There is "OK" sign close to SP meter - when turns red - you can perform support move

I finished demo too , first time i played wth don and i got stuck in one place i couldnt go forward , maybe some enemy went too far and didnt wanted to come back ,im not sure , game looks very good and it looks like a game not a regular mod , first scene looks great when it shows the roof then screen goes down
And this pause effect when defeating the boss looks great, game have nice custom pain anims also ninjas jumping out from car are nice effect but only thing which i would change is the gameplay , i mean attack animations speed , and i would use pause feature in attacks cause it plays a little without feel you dont slow down when you hit enemy ,it plays like arcade TMNT and this is main thing which i would change ,cause all other things so far are great,i will probably unpack it and add some pause time to attacks anyway so it would be more like capcom brawlers cadillacs or final fights.
Great surprise , thanks for the demo !

I need more detail where yo have stack, as for attack delay(pause) every tiny attack have pause included depends of strenght of attack (always biger than delay of frame)

Dobra napisze ci po polsku , zagladalem do plikow txt i jednak masz tam pause ale wartosc jest wpisana 5 to dlatego prawie jest nieodczuwalna tym bardziej ze animacje sa wolne ,chcialem zmienic pierwsze ataki tylko i przyspieszyc je ,dodac do nich wieksza pauze zeby zwalnialy tylko jak cos uderzysz a gdy bijesz w powietrze to animacja jest szybka .Wlasnie gram teraz i widze ze poustawiales sobie wszystko i latwo popsuc jesli sie nie wie co zmienic ,w atakach 2 i 3 raczej sie pauzy nie dodaje bo tego nie czuc ale w 1 czuc jaka roznica gdy bijesz w powietrze i gdy cios trafia przeciwnika.To nieduza roznica ale bedzie sie lepiej grac gdy bedzie widac ze ciosy zwalniaja animacje gdy sa trafione,tak jest zrobione w AVP final fight i cadillacach,pierwsze ataki sa strasznie szybkie i zwalniaja dopiero jak kogos uderzysz.
Acha i zacielo mi sie zaraz na pierwszym zakrecie.Tym przed wybuchajaca beczka,bo dopiero jak gralem 2 raz to do niej doszedlem.

Yes in training mode he have raph pain anim ,its probably a typo in txt file.
Also i would like to tell that leo attack2 can miss enemy sometimes ,first attack connects ,next attack too(cause its attack1) and third attack miss enemy and chain combo must be started again and again it will miss , all chan attacks of the combo must have identical attack box values of coords or at least attack2 box must be larger than attack1 box and attack3 box must be larger than attack2 box so character never miss.
Oh and don attack2 can miss enemy too , you must stay as far as you can from enemy but your attack1 must hit him ,then attack2 will not hit him.This never happened in any official game for me so those kind of things should be fixed by adjusting attack boxes.
