 Well, 1st of all this mod is NOT by me. Pierwolf is the author of this mod. So you should ask him about the progress.

 As for edited, hmmm... there are couple stuffs I've added in the demo such as Blitz, crouch flipping, more monsters, local branches, boss update and infinite monster spawner.

@Mrgrill: You should name this Specter, Ghost. There's an entity named Spectre (slight difference) in this demo.
 Speaking of Spectre, you should copy Spectre's text and use it for this Ghost. Their moves are quite similar IMO.

Ok, can someone tell me what I am doing wrong here. I followed all of the instructions.

The first step: I grabbed each frame and save as a gif.
The second step: Followed instructions.

Ok, I went ahead and created a color pallet and applied it to all of the frames of the ghost. Now it works.
