well when i convert a file it will use the new palette but it wont keep the indexes it picks another color that closest matches the old palette for example i have attached a picture all i changed was that background color to yellow and as you should see it has used a different color now that matches the old pink background !

Sorry for the late reply (almost by a month), but yes, that's what PalApply is supposed to do.

im trying to mix 2 version of same sprites for a few games i have.

i tried to use it a couple of times but didnt do what i wanted... i put input file as one of the old sprites that works, output file as one of the new sprites and palette file as the pallette file from the old sprites and when it converted all it seemed to do was ovberwrite the new sprite and paste the old sprite in its place...

also tried opposite way with other sprites where file i want to edit colours was input and file i wanted to use as the right pallette was the output file and that files PAL file was pallette, tried to convert but said didnt recognise GIF extension lol

Plombo for some reason PalApply is not working anymore, on batch mode doesn't create new files: I want to apply a palette to some .bmps, making the output to create .pngs, but nothing happens

those are about 100 .bmp files

still can't get it to work again...

on the attached image is the error log

tried with a png and a gif file as palette file...neither worked... and some time ago I used the same file to apply palette with good results...
