anallyst do you notice the difference and small lag when playing on PSP when music is in OGG format ? For me this ruins experience a bit and its not worthy just for the filesize,i would prefere if people would put sane amounts of music in mods.

i dont have a psp, so no.
but since the psp is more powerful than the dreamcast, i guess there is some problem with the used ogg library on that platform. maybe its a debug build or so. i heard somebody saying that the psp uses a highly optimized hand tuned ogg library, however the tuner may have done a bad job, and it would be better to use the stock one...

There might be a new version of the port'ed library for PSP.  Maybe one that utilizes the co-processor aka Media Engine.  I will look into this.
