It's not a full game - read the description under the download file.  However, every character is in there except for B.B. Hood.

The idea is that you play as Donovan, the "Dark Stalker" and hunt down and kill all the monsters.  All the levels, scenes aren't in, right now there's a demo level where you can fight everyone in progression to the bosses.
