It uses a good number of enemies and a few backgrounds made by Bloodbane and Pierwolf; and so, when I get both of their permission to do so,

 You have my permission :).
I don't think I have right to forbid people using ripped materials anyways.

There are lots of castlevania mods in here... but none is fully completed, and being a Castlevania fan... its sad watching so much potential wasted...

Well, why don't you step up and do it :) ?

Believe me... I would... if I know how to... this whole thing seemed like too complicated to me, I canīt find a proper tutorial about this... I tried making one using some sprites on the castlevania collaboration and I did changed some intros and stuff but couldnīt add stages or music, and you must know that it is not the same to play a game you created... than playing games you donīt know whatīs coming...

We have to face that. It can't be helped! ;D

Fun part about playing games isn't because we don't know what's coming but because we 'act', we 'struggle', we 'play' in the game.
I know all bosses and enemies in Contra games I've played yet it doesn't stop me from replaying.

Unfortunately, no.  :( I'm sorry. Like I said earlier, law school has taken quite a toll on me.

I still mod, but not nearly to the extent of what I used to. Right now I just take bits and pieces of my older mods and just slap them together for the fun of it. The result is stuff like this...

Still working. My private life is eating much more of my time than i'm really comfortable admitting, so progress has slowed. Neither project has been cancelled. Both are still very much in progress. : D
