Hey, have you tried alexlexus sprites for Dante? He did the char for mugen, it's opensource and I think it should help.

Hey thought id give some feedback on this game, im not a programer, merely a gamer so my views are based on that

concept: Devil May Cry is a fun series and would make a great OpenBor game and Regina from Dino Crisis is a cool addition

Gameplay: unfortunantly this gets extremely repetitive quickly. Dante can not dash/run and slowly trods around doing repetitive moves to repetitive blue zombies with green blood on them that bleed red blood when hit. (first level there was 6 dogs then over 100 of those same zombies) The best thing about this game is how the zombies can float in the air once being hit so you can juggle them with combos etc i think that is a great touch and makes it feel likea DMC game.

Sound: no sound effect for when the gun is firing or hitting the zombies :( Music choice is cool though

Graphics: Black fire is an interesting look, Dante needs his jacket though so he looks more like he does in the game (im sure there is a MUGEN Dante out there somewhere) enemies as mentioned before got repetitive waay to quickly, im sure the whole game isnt like that but it just made me lose intrest in finding out for sure.

Things to see in future updates: Dantes look improved, gun sounds, more variety of enemies, more moves to do, maybe a point system so combo juggling gives you more points ? maybe fix the black fire (unless it was intentional)
