Finally it's done, here you have the blog for my latest mod, its only for PC it doesn't run good on PSP, but I'm working on it, you can download the mod form rapidshare and mediafire.

It is a long hard game, but with a lot of possibilities:
-alternative secret ways
-4 Ends in the main campaign
-3 Ends for extra modes
-3 Unlockable modes, with 2 very different ways in each mode
-5 Unlockable characters

In the main campaign you have at least 8 different sub-modes of play in addition to the classic "Beat'em up mode"

-2.5D mode
-2D unarmed mode
-2D shinobi mode
-Drive and shoot mode
-Stealth mode
-Shinobi bike mode
-kunoichi view mode
-Information quest mode
...and more.

according to the player's decisions can be accessed to a rudimentary level up system, gaining improvements in MP and HP and learning new combos and special skills.
Please use this build OpenBOR v3.0 Build 3710 I tested it and work good.
Take a look to the how to play menu in game it's very useful and all the player chars have this command during gameplay

 - up, down, block

and you will get a move list when you want to consult, in a near future I will give you a complete list of combos, secrets, and strategies

Your game is extraordinary in every way, varied levels, enemy characters, sounds, very complete, in short, one of the best games that I play OpenBOR. Congratulations and follow these projects with so good!

Awesome work! I just played the first stage and one thing to say:
Totally badass!!

We're in an era of Openbor blockbuster mods! :wow!:

Only one or 2 thing not perfect, but this is a freaking good mod
Congratz!!

EDIT: this car stage is so f*cking amazing!! But I can't beat Hizumi, since he's invincible during most of his moves... some hint here?

This mod is amazingly crafted, but it's also extremely hard. Even with cheats on, it tends to be more frustrating than challenging, which takes a bit away from the fun. ;)

OK Hizumi is easy really, if you want to pass Hizumi by your own, the next is a big spoiler

I recommend try to kill all the ninjas that come with Hizumi first, then try to keep Hizumi more than a half screen of distance Hizumi will attack with a teleport attack in this moment he is vulnerable just crouch a shoot 1 shuriken when hit Hizumi wait 1 second or 1,5 second then shoot again and repeat it till he die, you have many thing on your side, when you press B release a katana move when you make this strike you are invincible Hizumi and the other ninjas can not touch you, and you have the slide move, press "down" hold it then press jump, this move is fast you can hit enemies and escape from them I abuse from this move, you can do 2 escape moves more, press 2 times down or up, I can pass this stage losing 0 lifes

The character that you got in your profile is the same game, recent fall, lol, and unlock the other game modes, with the girl in the first section of the story, I need to go down the road where you climb on a motorcycle, with eternal warrior, finish the game by taking the right path, so with dark warrior'll opt for the left, and the last obcion the game where you return to play with the toys still no shadow, if you happen do the second part, this time can be set to play two characters conb (shadow and eternal) simultaneously

hey agu do you remember whats the name of the ending you got? when you reach the end and beat the final boss you can see the ending sequence and then the credit sequence and then you got an image with the "name" of the ending for example

ending:
mission success

do you remember your ending ? (just the name do not spoil please!!)

finally, it was easy, but I lost most of my continues trying to do double jumps in the car trucks stage.
Most of the time the imput is buggy!

yes that's right double jump is buggy, when I make this move it ran well, but since I don't know what build of openbor start the bug, when you press forward and the you jump (I don't know why) she does double jump from the beginning of course that is a sh...t, you can use 2 methods

-just jump without press directional button and then press jump again
-start to run (F, F hold) press jump and then jump again

Ned, in that stage just run and jump, when you reach higher position just jump again, I never fall between cars try it please

I hope some day in a new build can this be fixed, and never play this mod with OpenBOR v3.0 Build 3711, its full of bugs!!

after playing through the game i noticed the level where you gotta kill midknight has a night slashers vibe to it soooooooo rad once again i gotta say game is superb

Wonderful. I finally finished the basic mode (only mission path) I'll try vendetta path.

In what game you got these characters sprites ?

Very beautiful, I tested the new update from xbox open bor, worked very well, congratulations brother, Eternal Champion is a great game, thanks to you we have a continuation of it.  :)

OK its time to stop calling these games mods. The first two generations of BOR were mods. This as well as other well made games are far beyond a simple modification. this is truly amazon work for 1 or even a few people produce off a nonexistent budget. Even with the fact that most have ripped sprites, and lack an original story. I liked BOR back in 2004 and love openBOR in 2012. Great work  :cheers!:

Just looked at a play through on youtube. DUDE! You've completely outdone yourself with this! + Shadow was my main character on this game, so that makes it even better. Great job! :thumbs_up:

This is way more innovative than other mods, indeed. This is what you get when you start to think out of the box :)

Not a simple beat'em up at all, this is one of those games you don't want to let go untill you get all the goodies from it. I wish this one could get a release on the current era of gaming consoles so you can show off yout throphies for finishing it without dying or some stuff like that.

I strongly recomend that you start with the "Shadow Yamoto" mod, when you finish it then play the "Extra" mod

when you try to play the PC mod (the entire game) your PSP crash because ram issues.
but in this way the game run ok, I prefer the PC port of this mod it feels like a complete and compact game, but many gamers here in forum only plays mods on PSP

Changes:
-separate unlockable modes from the main game, you have 2 games
*first shadow story mode
*second EXTRAS modes
-in some stages I remove the warp effect because PSP's frame rate slow down

Warnings:
-do not put both games in the same pak folder it will crash
-sometimes when you quit the game it will appear an error blue screen (I don't know why) just press home button that's all, game files and saves will be ok
-I tested on my PSP slim I don't know how run on phat

I make a customize PSP icon for every game, try to use the openbor that I provide!!!

I have not found many messages as happened with my Splatterhouse trilogy yet, much less a review, but I just found this review from someone who has really interested the game and made me happy, I want to share with the forum, perhaps due to curiosity someone else interested in playing and comment.
is also a response to Darknior, Because the guy who made the review was playing in to Xbox, it seems to work very well in that system.

put the files together, just unrar

what do you mean? big because it's heavy to download? there are almost 300 megas of music and cutscenes, the game has tons of stages, many paths and it has a big and complex storyline, OpenBOR manage animated GIFs and that is too heavy.
every stage has it own music
every boss has it own music
every cutscene has music or sound FX

I have a question to the moderators:
how can make that my mod appears on the homepage as a New Release?

Finally I was able to play your mod cuchara... it is really amazing!!!

As with Maggas's WHPJ and LeeBrother's DDG, I forgot I was playing a obor mod!!!

Still don't eat it, I'm pretty sucky at your game lol

Love the scenes you made taking the bonus stage from Shinobi (one of my fave platformers for Arcade!!!!) and the morotcycle!!!
So far I took the "Vendetta" path.

Its mods like this that makes beats of rage fun. Any chance of you releasing the music/soundtrack for it, I particularly like what you've done with shadows theme as it is a 200% improvement over the original.  :'(
