Its been awhile, I really tried to find an Xbox tutorial before posting this, but have had no luck. So if there is an actual tutorial to my question, please ignore and except my apology for goofing up. I see there is a new working version of Openbor for Xbox. My xbox was soft modded, and I have been burning ISO's of Openbor games to run on it using Nero 6, the slowest burn setting, and using a DVD-R. I have gone through12 disks with no luck. What am I doing wrong? If anyone knows a sure fire way to make this work, or any info would be very appreciated! Thank yoU!

I know with emulators you need to have them on your xbox and then the roms you can burn as a data disk and use the emulator from your xbox to load the disk.. I assume its the same with open bor ftp the opebor xbox to your hd and then burn the pak files to the disk.. If that doesnt work you should see when your burning the iso if there is something called default.xbe in it that is what you need to load disks.. But something tells me it works like the emulators where they have to be installed onto your xbox

Not necessarily true with roms and emulators you can fit it all on a cd-r burned in data disc format and play it straight from the disc did you check to see if the default.xbe is present?

Try something like Qwix to create xbox iso's, or just use it to transfer files to the HDD.

Method 1
1. Put your pack file into the paks folder
2. Create iso with something like Qwix or CXboxTools
3. Burn with imgburn at 8x
4. Pop it in and play
Method 2
1. Complete steps 1, 2, and 3.
2. Pop it into your Xbox
3. Go to File Explorer
4. Copy contents over to Games folder or Homebrew folder
5. (Optional) Rename .XBE to whatever the game is, in case you're wanting to have multiple OpenBor games on your HDD.
Method 3
1. FTP to your HDD
2. (Optional) Rename .XBE to whatever the game is, in case you're wanting to have multiple OpenBor games on your HDD.

Ah!!! It worked! Playing from the disk worked just fine! Except the screen size is too small for the tv! So now i just have to adjust the screen size to be larger. Any ideas?

Probably just need to change to 2x mode in video settings

You either deleted the xResizer.xbe from your build or you need to adjust the display settings in the [SYTSEM], or from the MS Dash.
