i have it too but not all the spritesheet just some frames that i used in the wargems

thanks, his power effects are there too?

Just very basic sprites (walk, basic attack, get hit, fall down, rise).  Not enough to make a MUGEN char.  You'd have to rip his sprites using the Sega Saturn emulator to get all those.
