You get to think that the fortress was the same type of retro graphics that the rest of the game?
Because on the video, I know it's a demo, but it is too modern and too sharp: (
Maybe if you give me the PSD of this level i can help you ?

darknoir,

Sure I can send you the file -- it's either a gif or PNG.  I had to make it from scratch, using textures from other games.  For example, for the green rocks I used Gen-An's cave from Samurai Shodown.  PM me your email and I'll send you the pic.

Progress is coming along on the new game -- nothing to report now but I did want to share some sprites based on the toys.  All these characters will be in the game.

Hi

So sad to don't have the time to help you for the moment :(
But like i say you before, i wish you will not use the castle like that :(

It is a toy, it is small ...
In reality it is bigger like all the castles ...

The best way is to shop your little castle in the background of the castle ... when the players are in the before before level. and show it very little.
In the before level, show it in the background at the end, with a bigger size ... and at the end they enter in by a big door.
And when they are in the castle, make it like all the CAPCOM Dungeons & Dragons games ... but change a little the background to show some time the lava, the treasure, the prison, ... after we take a door with stairs ... and at the first floor, this must have a room with many traps like in the game before the corridor with torches and finally the room of the throne where you fight the final wizard !

I think it will be better to make the game realistic ... and beautiful :D

I have wanted to play Fortress of Fangs.
Is it an expansion or new game?
Do you take much to finish it?

I'm agreed, its suppossed to be a big castle, not that little house. On a toy scale it's ok and it works, but at a stage it's a little strange...
Think how will you feel seeing Catsle Greyskull on that same scale in a game.

Anyways keep the excellent work, and hope to try this!!  :cheers!:
