I was reading the manual and I found a way to grab the enemies only when they're playing their pain animation (paingrab). I was wondering if the enemies can have a specific pain animation when they're being hit by "grabattack" . I know there's pain2, pain3, etc, but when the enemy is being hit by "grabattack" it plays the default pain animation as if it's being hit by "attack1". I also found a "grabbed" animation in the manual which replaces the default "pain" animation for an entity that's being grabbed, this made me assume there is a "grabbedpain" animation or something like that that I was not able to find. This could be very useful for what I'm trying to do.

As nearly as I can tell there is no grabpain function. If there is, It's not listed in the manual yet.
I came across the same problem with my DD Project. What I did was dedicate an attackbox# solely to grab attacks. basically:
grabattack = attackX-> painX/fallX, while grabattack2 = attackY -> painY/fallY.

DUDE!! You're a genius, thanks so much, this solves the problem. I didn't realize that the attack boxes could have different numbers, I knew there were many attack animations, but I didn't know you had to specify the number in the actual attack box. Much appreciated!!

So I just added that move I wanted from TMNT4, thanks to Vyck_St.Judas for your help. The "attack2" box idea worked perfect, all I need to do now is improve the animation, but as for the way that both the player and the enemy behave, it's perfect. I also wanna add the other move from TMNT4 where the turtles throw the Foot Soldiers against the screen, and finally that move from TMNT3  where the turtles throw the Foot Soldiers backwards by pressing down+attack (I always found that to be fun), but well, one thing at the time. Here's a video:

You could probably do the throw towards screen etc. a similar way, it would just be another attack#
Just guessing thou, maybe look at the old 'Pseudo Throw' tutorial by Bloodbane.

I also wanna add the other move from TMNT4 where the turtles throw the Foot Soldiers against the screen,

 As I said before this move is only performed when Foot Soldier is at last HP. So you need script for this.

 About Pseudo Throw, well for making throws, it can be used but for slams, you better use scripts.

MAN! I'm really gonna have to start learning how to use scripts. Don't mean to be a pain, but does anyone have an idea what kind of script I need to make the enemies react in a certain way to an attack when they're low on HP?

 It's player who should be checking on enemy's HP instead of the other way around.
 From the throw you can imagine that the thrown foot soldier is thrown for good so this throw can be considered as finisher.
