something I notice in these mods is that while there's cool concepts, there's also things to completely differ from the original SoR games unnecessarily. I played through this (BKZ as well I'll post up there) and I have to say the mod is pretty cool but it needs A LOT of polish.
Pros
I love the different ideas being put to work here like going upstairs in the bar with no loading, shooting scene alongside cops, both star and meter systems implemented almost perfectly, even got a proper vaulting system. Enemies can grab from behind and you can use escape throws which is great. Weapons are a little stiff but they work near the same as the original games

Cons
Music is so misplaced, overused and sometimes just drowsy. Dreamer does not fit in the places it's been used and honestly if we're using v5's soundtrack there's a TON of great tracks that can be used in these stages even down to accurately placing them. Tracks have the weirdest loops/cutoffs/beginnings ever, one stage even plays two songs at one time.

The movesets are terrible, as much as I hate to say this considering quite a few moves are awesome but they're placed so awkwardly, why doesn't shiva do a final crash as a blitz? where's the combo ender button, back attack and button placed specifically for the star moves? instead we have a block button that feels awkward, a button that does who knows what (I did some weird thing that I assume was a defensive special) and then there's a button giving you the movelist, which would be grand if it paused the game as opposed to interupting it.

some moves are terribly overpowered, Zan I'm looking at you. His level 3 special has absolutely no punishment for using even if you manage to use it with a not so full meter it
1. takes time to do so the meter actually manages to build up just in time to leave you without any loss of life
2. takes little life away anyway
this move kills an enemy and if not that takes more than half of their life away. there's also his atk+jump move that electrifies the ground, no loss of life, no meter depletion just straight cheap kills there.

There's a lot more I can get into but you'd be reading this for ages.

tl;dr the mod is impressive, definitely up there with the better SoR themed mods but I hope to see somethings fixed closer to the original games.

actually one more note: more enemy variety and WAY better AI is needed here, they can't even cheapshot correctly.

Had to get this one too anything that Volcanic is involved in download instantly!

It's also a pretty good mod, I like it, does some new things with the engine.

But it does feel a bit short and you have to level every single character and if you beat the game then you have to level them all over again.

I really prefer an to unlock different versions of the characters than the level system.

Really love Blaze's new weapons special where she flips the knife in the air and then does sprinting strong slash, so cool!

Still it's quite a fun game enjoyed it! Wish it were longer, more everything but still cool.

Play Crime Busters latest version, Nightslashers X, 8man and Return of Double Dragon.

It is a pretty cool mod I forgot to mention the neat SOR6 Capcom combo system of combo u d b and f. even b Whoa!

Really wish that the combo system was in BKZ, all though I really wish Volcanic could somehow mix BKVacuumv3, BKZ and BK6 in one game.

The only thing I don't like is the level system it's too slow and it doesn't save if you exit the game. Also it's per character, the BKZ level up system is so much better.

I would really like to see what a level 5 Zan is capable of? But I keep getting interupted, Gah! And I also like to change characters between stages to keep it fresh.
