I was using the .pak file but both programs I tried could not unpack or open it.  I'm sure it something I'm doing.

Any chance someone could upload something that could help?

Could not find paxplode or packer on this site, but I did grab the borpak utility and I was able to do my edit on the mod.  I'm referring to the one found here:

Do you mind sharing on what updates you have done. One thing that I would like added is the animated zombies in the hosptial stage.

Great looking game, I stumbled upon this while watching the Golden Axe trailer also by BonusJZ...

Was there ever a XBOX release for this, I notice the original post was 2 years old.

Also is there any news on the Golden Axe release?

Yeah I think he is pretty much done, he has a youtube channel if you want to see if ever does anything again. His last activity was about 10 months ago.
