Sorry, I don't understand. I don't want to download anything.  I thought you wanted to get a pak-file to test something (maybe for the Dreamcast) and therefore you could also just download the pak-file from Lavalit when packing it yourself fails.

However, if you just want to know why packing this game fails for you I don't know - but you could try the Neo Edit Pack (or BOR Packfile Editor - the packer there should be the same I think). For some reason this worked for me while it failed with RipPack. Well, RipPack also packed the game flawlessly but the pak-file didn't work afterwards while it did with Neo Edit Pack...

(Could someone translate this maybe, please?  )

I just renamed the pac file to bor. Added the 1st read bin and the ib pin. Burned it in bootdreams using cd record, change disc format to data/data and burn speed 2. those are the setting to burn pac files. not cdi files. Good Luck!

Yes i know all that, but what open bor mod version 3 you use to burn this bor pak of new double dragon 3 the dragon stone so i can play it on the dreamcast.

To be totally honest i have no idea wat version OpenBor im using to run in on Dreamcast. bur every time i burned a pac file, i always used the 1st read bin and IB bin from my Strider X download off of dcisozone.com as my default bins. The last OpenBor that woked for Dreamcast was in the 25?? area if i remember correctly. Most up to date mods would go to the credits before the title screen or would freeze after the 1st stage. I dont know what version Bor Strider X is running on but use those bin files for ur dd3 pac. im sorry if i couldnt be more help to you.

I just burned another DD3 with the infomation i just gave to be sure what i said was corect and it worked just like i said.

What about more recent versions? Build 3109 as well build build 3081 contain versions for DC and  you say, they don't work on it? Then you should post that somewhere I guess...

I've used builds far newer than that successfully on the Dreamcast.  28XX and early 29XX for sure.

As you are a developer, i agree with you. Thats why i didnt want to sound to sure of myself of the latest OpenBor version to work on Dreamcast. I was just expressing how more than thrilled i am that i got this mod to run as good as it did. iI still feel this system still has potential but is seems to have been given up on

btw, after re-encoding the music from your game with OGG,mono,48kbit (you could use the windows program foobar2000 to do it) it has only 100MB, and it doesnt sound bad at all.
