There is no need to distribute the binary from an external site when our daily snapshot already contains a Linux build here.

I think you might have taken that a little too personalty. You can offer any kind of help you wish. We just prefer distribution stays here. It benefits you too, because the latest builds are automatically posted by the server.

If someone has a question on anything, all they need to do is ask us.  :)

That doesn't matter.  Raw binaries are not a common way to distribute software on Linux.  coringao's link was to a package in .deb format, which is much more convenient for users.
