*Saint Seiya, one of the first anime I ever saw
*Evangelion, the second one I remember that I like as much as Saint Seiya
*Fullmetal Alchemist, excellent anime, there is two series with two different storylines, one has nothing to do with the other, but they're both based on the same manga
*Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, "GREAT" anime, but maybe no for everybody
*Akira, a classic for any anime fan
*Gilgamesh, very good anime, kind of reminded me of Evangelion
*Gantz, recommended by a friend of mine, I think it's really good
*X-Men (yes, X-Men), it's only 12 episodes, really well done, based on the Marvel characters
*X, the anime series was better than the movie in my opinion
*Wicked City
*Vampire Hunter D, both movies are really good

Those are the ones that I remember right now, they are in no particular order...

The only anime I truely follow now-a-days is Naruto Shippuden but Im a big fan of Yu Yu Hakusho as well. I still like the whole Dragon Ball series but I just don't like the new stuff they did to the characters so it kind of fell off my list.
