What's up man.
I don't know much about BOREdit, but I do know OBEditor and Stats aren't really the same thing, but both have their uses for OpenBOR, though, I primarily prefer OBEditor since I can use it for setting boxes, the offsets, and check animations better, Stats is really good for going back and forth through each animation for it's text, and if you want your animations put in ABC order.

I think obeditor is just a better version of both of em to be honest.

Thanks for your reply guyz.

Im learning how to use these, im brand new to BOR ...

Im currently working with Stats and learning as I go through modifying Double Dragon 3 Sacred Stones.
I changed the whole, first level and changed Billy Lee into Hanzou from the ripping Grafx from DD3 NES.

But I can only change what is already into the Mod, I can add any new Characters for instance... How do I got about that? Am I using the right tool or should I be using ObeEditor or something else?

Let's say I want to add a new Enemy or Character...

To add new character, just open the Models.txt file and add the characters you want. You will usually find the playable characters in there own list and enemies in another. Here's my loaded characters from my sega brawlers mod:

load SONIC                           data/chars/Sonic/Sonic.txt
load AXEL                        data/chars/axel/axel.txt
load JOE_MUSASHI                  data/chars/Joe/Joe.txt
and here are some enemies:

know    Eggpawn         data/chars/Eggpawn/Eggpawn.txt
know    Galsia    data/chars/Galsia/Galsia.txt
know    RATMAN     data/chars/ratman/ratman.txt
When you use know for enemies, the mod will only load them in the stages they are used in, making the load time faster when loading the mod from the start. When it gets to stages and the enemies are first used, they take a while to load, but after that, they will load faster in future levels since they were loaded before.
