If you want install an homebrew on an xbox, you must mod it !
Soft mod is enough
And really easy to do ...
And less expensive, a xBox cost 30€ MAX !

@ pong_666 Xbox 1 sell for cheap now.  Back in the day you had to be willing to solder your xbox to mod it, now that they can be bought cheap it should be easy enough to mod another yourself (without need of expensive mod chips of the past).   The best resource is still http://xbox-scene.com/

I remember the mod I destroyed an xbox in the process of solder said chip back in the day lolz I traded an old crappy guitar and amp to a friend for his xbox then discovered the action replay exploit and started moding friends xboxs true the original xboxs are cheap nowadays but alas I live in a small town where they're scarce and I have no patience for online ordering lolz sorry if this is off topic was or is there a port for the xbox360?

Nah, there's bascially no emulation or homebrew on xbox360, just piracy
I think you can turn it into a purely linux machine thou.

there is a lot of homebrew available for the 360 as long as your 360 is  a jtag or rgh hack.
also a lot of xbox1 homebrew works on 360 via the use of the hacked xbox1 emu  files.

been out of the loop for prob closer to 2 years now, just saw the other night the a600 opne bor 3 xbox port. For those curious the horrible sound issues that plagued previous releases are allegedly no longer a problem with this latest port, so if you have not done so, def get that upgrade
