Hi guys, do you know any good web/resource/tutorial/manual/wiki to start with web design?
I know this is not related with OpenBOR or video games, but i think some people here must know about this subject. Also, what programs/tools... do you use for web design?

Depends on what you want to do. At work I use Dreamweaver and a lot of PHP; married to MSSQL of all things. It's like making cats and dogs get along, but still does the job.

For personal projects, Wordpress is actually not too shabby. It will get you a decent framework going at least and then you can spend more time worrying about the content.
