Create Story with CPU

Hi... i don't know if this is the right section, but...

this is my request.
i don't know anything about script

For each game, how i can modify for personal use the pak for make the story mode playable with cpu?
it's simple or not?

and it's possible to use cdi dreamcast version on pc?
if this is possible how i can use?

i have seen some dreamcast openbor games that have inside cdi some files like mov, wmv or dll ecc and when i take the pak and place it inside paks directory, the game  don't work.

There is a method for use these games?

for example one of these games is mortal kombat konquest

 As simple as making enemy . NPC is similar to enemy except that it doesn't count in groups.
 You can read more about NPC in Wiki manual.

 Simply spawn the NPC from beginning . spawn it like spawning any enemy.
