I just got a dumb idea(again >:() if you guys, why is your reason you got here at lavalit,
me? looking for some psp sonic homebrew games, came up with chaotix rage, so, I downloaded it, but no eboot for psp, and I do not much know yet about this, after a day, I got searching about openbor.exe and came up here, I saw some some mod creators from other sites here, so maybe if I sign in, I want some friends share with laughs( I think...) and now a part of lavalit,
(if this bugs or something blocking the policy, just locked the topic, so I know what to do next ;D ;D ;D

The reason why I registered to Lavalit was because of A Tale of Vengeance, which attracted me to download it and I saw that on Youtube. At first, I was looking around for Mugen on YouTube and saw the Openbor games so I thought there are very cool beat em ups mixed with Mugen characters. Plenty of them looked cool but I didn't know where to download until I went to one video for instructions on how to get the game. I really wanted to get A Tale of Vengeance so bad. After I finished watching the instruction video, I started to sign up for Lavalit which is my first site I joined. (I didn't know what nickname to choose so I made up mine.) Believe me, I didn't know the name of BOR before, only OpenBOR was the first name I knew. I was a complete noob and I had been a lurker for 5 months before I started posting for the first time.
Dragon Duo (W.I.P./Outdated demo (2010 version)) (in progress)

My story is Similar, was on Youtube looking for fan made games to put on my custom arcade machine, already had MUGEN and MAME etc so kept working my way through the internet finding various game engines people were using to make there own games when i finally stumbled across this site and saw that OpenBor was exactly what i was looking for: an engine that doesnt require any mouse clicks, can be loaded automatically full screen and had configurable controls (which were saved)

stalked this site for ages before i became a member. then spent more time just reading posts and donwloading games, only recently have i worked out how to jump into making games myself

My current project: Simpsons treehouse of horror
My very first mod: Evil dead 2 redux

several years ago I had a very bad internet access.
So I had to make choice on the few "BOR games" I can download.
Years later, I finally had a descent internet conection.
So I started looking for these old BOR missing mods... Sadly most of the old BOR sites was offline or links was deleted, then I finaly access to Lavalit.

1st time, it was to download these old missing mods.
then I started to use the forum to share advice with other creators.

At this old time, I never imagined BOR could progress in something as awesome as OpenBOR and it's almost unlimited features... :)

My reason I got here was because I have always been a fan of the Streets of Rage games. I have played the remake and I really loved it. After that I began to look for other remakes and fan games, and found this website, which is a very nice treasure chest of games indeed!
