No i did not,How is that video txt supose to look like?

You have it like this:

#video 1

You are supposed to have it like this:

video 1

Now, make it video 2, and you'll see the screen size is bigger the next time you play the mod.

800x600 and 640x480 don't improve your graphics automatically.  Using them removes the need to make your sprites smaller.  Making the sprites smaller is what's making them lose quality.

Also, I've never heard of GraphicsGale.  I use GIMP to manipulate images.

It is recommend that you use 16-bit colour depth.

If you want use 8-Bit, you need to understand what is a colour table or palette.

As for size scaling, I recommend -50% or +50%.

Below is the example of image reduction (12.5%) from 100% to 50%.

BALDOGON has entrusted me to work on his mod so I'll be updating this thread.

Not much to show yet aside of this shot below. I use high resolution cause Hokuto no Ken sprites are big and fit that resolution. I have fixed couple basic stuffs to suit that resolution.

Anyways, time to show screenshots without using attachment:

This is Kenshiro performing rapid jump kicks, he doesn't fall while doing this FYI:

This is Jaggo shooting at Kenshiro:

2 regular enemies, Jager (performing knee strike) and Bull (ready to smash):

This is Lollipop with his earthquake attack. Suitable for 1st stage boss. Oh the name is from fat enemy from Violent Storm.

The background for above shots are ripped from 5th stage of Undercover Cops for arcade BTW. Fits perfectly to this mod :).

This is Baatu, enemy which is inspired by 1st boss of Gekido Advance:

if you have played that game, you'll understand how tough this enemy is ;).

Bloody, do you plan to have some edits on enemies sprites? for example, jagger could be a regular enemy with only few changes...

Do you really resize them with any of the Photoshop program? Or is the resize scripted using numbers in coding? I just don't seem to understand how it works.
Dragon Duo (W.I.P./Outdated demo (2010 version)) (in progress)
Captain Commando (in progress)
Unelmia: Dreamers' Fate (collaborating with contress/taskmaster) (in progress)

3. Art of Fighting: Beats of Rage Remix III
4. A Tale of Vengeance

The attachment image is resized with Adobe Photoshop CS3.

As for drawmethod, you can reduce the size (32) from 256 to 128.
