They work just fine for me.  If you're clicking on the "http://lavalit.com:8080" links, they're taking you to the index because that's where they're supposed to go.  The LavaLit links were never designed to point at a specific thread or download.

I would like to use a lot of the openbor tools listed but all of the links are placeholders and they arent in the downloads sections. can someone pm me a link. i have a big project i would like to start working on and i don't have any tools of the trade.

Actually, they're not all placeholders.  All of the links for tools hosted on LavaLit (most of the OpenBOR-specific tools) just point to the front page, but the rest should point to a location that makes it easy to find the download.

I'd be happy to help you find what you're looking for, but it would help if you named the specific programs that you're looking for and can't find, since not everything on the list is essential.

You can get both OpenBOR and borpak (aka BoR Packfile Editor) from the latest daily snapshot download.  They are the only tools that are actually necessary for modding.

Where are all these tools stored? Can't find them anywhere on the site. Certainly not on the downloads section. I'm trying to get the Neo Edit Pack, but no luck.
If anyone could point me to where I can find it I'd appreciate it.

That's where I looked, but all the links there point to the main page... that's why I'm asking where are the tools, clearly not on the downloads section.
