who made this mod? i have to be honest and say this looks pretty poor by todays standards, especially since it looks like the creator just paxploded many mods and spliced elements together from those

In the discussion thread I'm among the first to admit that it's not as graphically polished as some other mods due to the crossover nature.  However, it's quite playable.  I can understand if people dislike it and I'm completely open to critique.
