Burning CDI with Alcohol 120%?

I need to know how to burn homebrew .cdi that I dl'ed from isozone to a cd-r with Alcohol 120%.
The file in question is indeed a self boot .cdi file but maybe I did something wong or just do not know how to do it right at all because it stayed at the splash screen for one minute then went to the console menu, the game did not boot up at all.

I need a very detailed tut for burning Sega Dreamcast .cdi files using Alcohol 120%

Champagne wishes and caviar dreams if someone can help you using Alcohol.

It had never worked for me and that's why I stick with Disjuggler, running on XP.

I've only burned emulators & it was a long time ago, but from that experience plus what I've read in the forum, I'm pretty sure only a few programs will work for burning anything for the DC.

So I figured out how to burn the BOR games using Alcohol 120%:

1. Select the .cdi
2. Burn at 4x
3. Enable buffer underrun
4. Select "Next" and that's it.

The game will burn perfectly this way and has worked perfectly so far for 20 games.
