I watched the first film. It is pretty good.
There were a couple distracting things about it. The lopsided shaky camera work makes me feel drunk in every scene. The camera perspective sometimes goes low and points up at the characters to make them look big but the angle is too extreme. I know you are trying for artistic but it becomes distracting when I am aware you are trying to be artistic. I think the best way would to be more subtle about things so the audience is focused on the actors and does not realize what you are doing with camera angles.
The audio is too quiet in outside scenes. You said no budget so I'm guessing there is no boom mic above the actors. The prostitute was the hardest to hear. Maybe audio can be amplified in editing? She spoke very wooden and unnatural.
I'm probably being picky but the gun dealer looks like the brother of the main character and I could barley pay attention to the scene because it was so confusing.
Basically there are lots little things throughout that stand out but are not meant to be a focus. Master the art of subtly and you can start controlling what people pay attention.
There are lots of cliche camera angles, dialog, and scenes. I am not sure if they are meant to be cliche or serious. When I see a character in a movie do something that a person would never do in real life it pulls me out of the moment instantly. Little things like the hero holding the keys with his arm fully extended and then clutching them tightly is a total cliche that can work against you if it was suppose to be a serious moment.
It looks like you were aware of lighting. I didn't see the camera have to auto-adjust mid-scene which is good. Outside scenes are usually hard to film.
Overall good job. Pacing and multiple camera angles are great.

heres a rough edit of a fight scene from my next feature length action film. Will make for a good beat em up game.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1yKn8nfSdVQ

plot revolves around inmates escaping from a small towns prison and taking over the city, they kill the cops and the town is in lockdown and martial law is declared but the criminals overpower the initial army squad sent in and now have there weapons. an ex black ops soldier needs to infiltrate the town to save his ill sister before the military bombs the town to prevent the inmates from escaping with military grade weapons.

I thought it was pretty cool :), more gritty realistic foley would be good thou (instead of so kungfu movie, but thats cool too if it's what you want)
The very first hit (with neck break) sound is a bit off. (you'll have to excuse me I'm a sound guy :)  )

Adding background ambience could help set the scene, you can see road and cars in background, so our ears expect a little noise from this,  also in this large space there should be a degree of reverb.

If you ever need a song from an aussie band, something could probably be arranged on my part ;)

i tried to have no background noise beacuse in the film the streets are supposed to be empty as these criminals have taken over killed most of the town and the survivors are hiding.

i definantly need to update the neck and back break sound FX.

Yeah if you do music id be happy to have your work featured in the film :) Any links to your tunes ? send me an email andrew_thatcher_2@hotmail.com

 - That makes sense, that kinda style makes things more intense and dramatic too so it works well.

- Breaking some sticks is the best sfx for bones cracking ;) punching something like a watermelon is good for punches and body impacts.

- I don't mind posting it here - Stonechimp.com - we're Brisbane based, the website is freakin ugly right now was supposed to have a professional redo it but they keep being too busy.  There's some tracks from our last EP there, plus some other links, Debut album is a month or so away.  Not just some internet band btw we probably played more gigs than any band in Brisbane over the past year or so.
