Can someone help me to get this game to run please?

OK I'm trying to get STREETS OF RAGE XXX to run on my wii.But it will not run on wii openbor. Once I select the game it doesn't even try to load up and takes me back to homebrew menu. Now I know that it is possible to run on wii because of this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DTYaRQ0I_Ig.  I read that to get it to play on wii it has to be a modded version of the game. Does anyone have a link to that version or possible can mod it to work on wii if they don't have the link? I'm also excepting any advice to get the game to work if anybody knows how? If so I would be very grateful for the link, your mod, or your advice.I really want to play this challenging game with my pals. Thanks a lot and thanks for taking the time to read. So please help me if you can.
