Mugen "starter" pack.. do they exist?

I'm starting to take interest in the Mugen world, but I was wondering if packs exist just to start and play with something.
Someone can help?

Thank you, but what I meant was kinda different ^^'
What I want is a mugen with some chars and stages already in just to start, if it exists.
Like a complete game but with the possibility to add single chars/stage without mess..
I know there is an utility for adding stage and chars but i don't know if it works with mugenui 1.0.

There really isn't a utility that adds the stages, it's more like you just adding them yourself.  You put the stages into the stages folder and the characters into the character folder then open the select.def that's in the data folder and add the names of the files to it.

You could check Mugenfreeforall.com if you are looking for compilations though.
