I love your color variations (color separations ala KOF 13)
I'm wondering if there is a way in openbor to erase some details making them transparent.
This way, you can manage to have haggar with long hair and short hair with the same sprite.
It can be really interesting... :)

I was thinking the same thing myself about her proportions, I'll get to fixing these things. The idle stance is based on Kiwi's reindition of her mixed with her ff3 stance, bases for that were cammy and rogue which may be why the proportions are off. Thanks for the C+C!

Of course they don't have the same body size.
So Lucia hips, legs seems skinny.
I can't wait to see the evolution.

Lucia has been updated, just a quick refresh will show the diff, she's taller, her hips and legs are a pixel wider. hopefully that fixes it up a little if not I can always go back. :P
Also thanks! took some time to concept a decent design for him, wasn't fond of outdated jumpsuit.

I actually posted two songs in an earlier post. The soundtrack will be cps2 remixes of the final fight themes, starting off with the ff3 ost and additional original tracks.

That mod is more of an experiment I made some progress on it but decided to take a break. I was going to post this in that thread but I figured with this being a more serious mod I'd give it a thread of it's own.

The reasons of my "unfinished projects" usually deals with issues inside the project as well as rl issues taking up my time. I had various issues depending on someone else working along side me doing a huge portion of the project pretty much giving out on me. None of those projects were OBoR related however, they dealt with an engine that is on indefinite hold (or cancelled).

As for the SoR1 project, not once did I say I couldn't finish it. The mod is in progress but I find this one to be more important.

Back on topic: Guy's basics are almost done, Billy has 12 palettes and 3 headswaps (Ray, Iron and Cyrus) He'll be my punching bag for a while. :D
Andore has been replaced with Andore Jr, still has the same design the reason for this will be revealed later.

As Haru mentioned above I have spoke with yota a bit about stage work, didn't want to reveal that until he agreed and we spoke further on it, I look forward to what he has in store if he agrees.

what screen resolution you will use in this project?

i read on seep blog that they are doing one  final fight alpha style, i dont know if the graphic style and quality resources will match but you could exchange things with those guys too i think

this game will be great

right now it's only at the standard resolution as I am testing things out but I want to get to a resolution as close to the cps2 resolution as possible, I don't want to have to shrink the sprites.

i think 320 x 240 for  cps2 sprites they become to big on the screen

           480x272  (like rocket viper2, and mix masters) the characters got a little more space to walk on the screen and improves much the gameplay in my opinion
       
          and  640x480 the sprites maybe become too small in the screen but i think i will do some game using cps2 srpites in this resolution.
