Exist a place for download various completed chars?

I tried doing that once; it didn't quite work out.

The short answer is; no. You can paxplode other peoples mods and take characters from them, but that's it.

Maybe now with the pallets not being so strict it might work out better. Each character with the Text file that contains the offset and bbox stuff for individual moves and not  an entire entity, so you can build the character how you want it  in your individual mods.
This actually sounds like a great idea. I spend more time compiling chars and text stuff than anything else. Most of us just recycle the same characters anyway from other mods. This way they wont all play the same
