Instead of writing "n e 1", just say "anyone".

hahah Maxman, if you don't say that, I will never ever figure what was he trying to say...

I do not use web translator but I have problems with "netspeak" on my own language, so its worst on other languages

can n e 1 recomend any noob guides to open bor ?
Not to mess with dawg, but DC has a point. We have lots of different people from different Languages come through here and we all have to be able to read eachothers posts so the site can stay stable as far as language. Plus the rules are posted right on the Home Page, and they're easy to follow. I admit I didn't read the rules when I first got here(I don't on any forum) but I had a quick idea of what the site was about. just follow the rules and your good homie :)

I see people use translators now I can understand why you?re so serious about spelling and grammar. I am uneducated so I will try my best to not break your rules.

Good luck with your project! Editing sprites is tough and time consuming work, hopefully you don't run out of fuel.

Editing sprites can be real tough. :doh!: It's very, very, very time consuming. You will need a lot of balls to get a complete sprite edited character done.

Yeah, but when you see the work finished... its just awensome, there is nothing like it...
A recomendation, dont sprite edit for more than 8 hours...

Yeah wait until you see my results with Skull Kingz...
As far as editing for long periods of time, I can go all night. but other crap tends to get in my way.

I used to that back in the day... but your eyes can get damaged, really damaged, sometimes I could see textures where there was a just a single color... I dont do that anymore, now just a few hours for day.

Sprite editing isn't as hard as people think. Just try creating a style that is easy for you.  ;)

Secretly speaking, :deep_thinking: I'll probably be off-topic. When I was a kid, I used to draw each Mighty Ducks (Disney show) character in MSPaint before. I did the coloring too. It used to be my favorite before till it didn't run on ABC. Then, I quit after it stopped. Man, I had never been doing coloring for all my life for over 10 years. Until, I began to sprite edit myself for the first time after I played Mugen. It was last year. I was planning to make him as a Mugen character but then, I skipped to sprite edit Abobo. I started coloring and it took a long time for me to finish. Then, I quit sprite editing. I quit last Fall till around this month, I started again sprite editing. I sprite edited a few months and quit. Now, I do it when not modding (just for only one frame of different char).

Sprite editing is definitely an art. I've edited sprites, but I'm more interested in something I haven't seen so I prefer making them instead of editing them.

I'm actually in the process of refining a way to make sprites from scratch & have it look moderately professional, a way that might be useful for those who are less artistically inclined. It's going pretty well, I've had a few breaks recently. The most difficult part would probably be the first step, but most of all the aspects can be done with freely available software. I'll post some more about this later on.
