Thanks brother, not in this instance, I just had good sources to work from! But, yes I do have ALOT of custom sprites that I had to create from scratch for some characters and animations and such and not just graphic upgrades! You'll find more about it when you see the character vids! You noticed Richter's somersault right?

No worries. I am more concerned with trying to get the gun to equip correctly. Could you help? This is what someone provided before, but how would I code it to switch back to my whip?

weaponframe {frame} {weapon}
This is used to switch weapon in an animation.
{frame} determines at which frame the weapon is switched.
{weapon} is weapon's number determines which weapon will be used to replace.

Wow... Nice boss life bar, Darkmanx_429. I didn't know it could be animated like that. I first thought it was a stairway but I was wrong. I realized it's a boss life bar.

Technically, both Aria and Dawn of Sorrow take place in the future, but I'm sure those games are not what you meant by "futuristic." You do get that sweet rail gun though in Aria...

As for the CV mod, excellent work so far Darkmanx. Your sprite work is original looking, yet is retains that Castlevania flavor we all know and love. I've seen a website (can't seem to find it now, however) where the creator had presented the same idea of combining Castlevania and Contra. I wasn't sold the idea however, but it looks like the direction you're taking the with concept is a lot more appealing. I know that CV is getting a lot of love from the OpenBOR community as of late, but your mod is a standout. Keep it up!
