I put mine in the Demos folder- but I forgot to tell you specifically. Sorry man. The one I uploaded doesn't come with the installer. I dont think people will care eithor way, lol.

Then thats why there is a size difference.  The one i used was from the demo folder which is a completed mod.  I will delete the other than.

Mine was the 64.4mb. I just rar'd up the pak file..... It was ftp'd along with the preview images that I renamed to match.

Wow, I decided to fix the PC's atrocious offsets just for myself so I could stand to play this through, and discovered something truly hilarious. Some of the characters aren't even original models!

Andy for example is actually Kula, right down to the folder, image names and internal model sheet. All the modder has done is replace the images and change the display name. That certainly explains some of the animation problems. Give me a break guys! I don't mean to sound like a jerk, but why spend so much time on cut scenes, music, installers, etc. if all you are doing is hacking the original BOR gameplay models?!!

This kind of stuff really ticks me off, because it is being accepted as the standard when the potential is there for sooooo much more with just a tiny bit of effort. I'm defiantly going to see if I can at least fix the heroes. Fatal Fury really deserves a true mod job, and this isn't it.

I'd also like to pass a note to all new modders out there: Don't crop your sprites individually! Because of the way .gif compression works, the memory saving is negligible and you're really just giving yourself a headache for nothing. I know, I used to do the same thing. Use one standard cropping size, and you'll be good to go.

Note: in italy does not exist material or guide for Beats of rage/OpenBor,and my english is very bad,not understand the guide in english. :P
Consequence:this mod is experiment,not anger damon!  ;D ;)

Don't worry about it. I can see where the language barrier could be a problem for you, and everybody is entitled to make a few mistakes here and there. Just try to improve youreself in the future.

 DC may sounds too much but he's absolutely right about replacing graphics. Aside from limited entities, you will also be limited on gameplay.

 Maybe it's not too much if I say that new modders must learn how to ADD character (entity actually) NOT editing existing ones. They can use exisiting ones if they want but ability to make and add entities will help alot.

I don't hate this mod or nothing but you should fix the offsets. Its got potential though. Don't take the criticism too serious it will just help you get better at it. I'm still learning myself.
