I want to know mp system & 2 special move or over can work on darkbor mods.
I want to make & play mod like ROD2 series.

Your questions about DarkBOr vs. OpenBOR are the equivalent of asking if you can play PS3 games on the NES.

DarkBOR is an out of date branch that offered weapons and a few other tweaks at the cost of compatibility. It's author left the scene in 2007 (and not on friendly terms). No one supports it, and all of its features were included and surpassed by OpenBOR YEARS ago.

Because of some differences in the way a few identical commands are interpreted the two are incompatible; you cannot make a module that will run on both. Short version; building modules for DarkBOR when OpenBOR is available is utterly pointless. Don't expect to get much help doing it.
