Damon it appears that a lot of the people who would be willing to do it aren't.Mostly for the simple fact  helping SX out.Maybe if you tell them what they will be doing to help SX out you might have more people willing to do it IMO!!!

I just wanted to say that you guys are doing a great job administrating the site. I've been with the bor community since the old senile years and I have to say this is one of the best beats of rage forums of all time. I know you said that its not a voting thing but I think mcw would be a good. He or she seems to always have a solution to problems people have modding or other technical issues. Hanzo would be awesome too.

 I say break down certain responsibilities you have as admins, stuff that will take the weight off for awhile and see who is fit for what on a trail bases.
 
 I'm not sure any of us are ready to be admins and the members who are suitable don't want to be, none of us can do the job like you guys do.

I don't know. I think moderating is something we should all do to some extent. If you see someone flaming or whatnot let them know that kind of stuff doesn't go over well here.
i don't mean jump the guy, just let them know. if they still don't get it, kindly tell them to take that crap somewhere else. I guess it's just a matter of protecting what you care about, no?

So everyone's opinions is duly noted that some members good at certain things towards of managing posts towards the technical output of OpenBor. 


I mean everyone on here have lives here and since I have a job I might be able to moderate the forums during the day and when I'm off and I can do it all night.

  I'm surprised to see my name on nominee list.

 Frankly, I have been thinking about becoming admin here but after seeing what Damon and Orochi_X do here as admin, I doubt I could become one.
 There are alot I should learn. Not to mention there are couple stuffs I don't quite understand below (the ones in red):

Duties are:

• Mediation of disputes.
  
• Enforcing of forum policy.
  
• Answering technical questions.
  
• Assisting SX with technical maintenance.
  
• Managing the file sharing system (approval/denial of uploads, keeping records, etc.)
  
• Taking care of user requests (name changes, post deletes, etc.)
  
• General forum management. Thread moving, cleaning, back ups, topic control, and so on.
  
• Setting the tone; i.e. to provide leadership and direction. Lavalit is worlds away from most communities, and this is one of the reasons why.

 If you only want someone that can help you modding, I'm the guy. However for admin, I got alot to learn 1st.

I know, you don't really notice it till you look at it for the first time, then it doesn't go away and whats worse is that the site is just as cool as his sig
